Exchange & return policy

Exchanges and returns are only accepted if you contact us within 7 days of delivery (delivery day included).
Size issues or wrong product
If you received the wrong size or the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID. We can exchange for another size or the correct product of the same value at no extra charge. We’ll arrange reverse pickup.
If the replacement item costs more, you pay the difference online before we ship it.
Condition of the product
The item must have the original tag/label attached, be folded properly, and packed securely for transit. Items without tags or damaged by poor repacking may not be accepted for exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for genuinely defective or damaged products — not for change of mind, size preference after ordering, or minor print/color variation.
For defective items, email hello@zojoofficial.com with:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
Refunds go to the original payment method or your bank account as applicable.
Return charges (exceptional cases)
If we accept a return in exceptional cases (correct order delivered, no delivery defect), ₹100 may be deducted from the refund to cover reverse pickup and logistics.
Print & color variation
Graphic tees are printed on demand. Slight variation in color, brightness, or print placement compared to website or social photos is normal and not grounds for return or refund.
What we won’t accept
We may refuse returns/exchanges if:
- The product was used or washed
- Damage was caused after delivery
- Tags are missing or packaging was improper
- The item was bought on sale or with a discount code (exchanges may still apply for size/wrong product — refunds do not)
- Only one exchange/return request per order is allowed
Do not accept visibly damaged packages at delivery — note the issue with the courier and contact us immediately.
Size exchanges vs refunds
- Size issue: free exchange (same product, different size) — no refund for size issues
- Defective/wrong product: exchange or refund as above

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that don’t meet this policy.
