How can I pay for my order?
You have two options at checkout. Pay the full amount online by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay, and code PREPAID5 takes 5% off on its own. Or pay 20% online now and the other 80% in cash or UPI to the courier when your order arrives. We don't take orders with nothing paid upfront, so there's no plain cash on delivery.
Do I need to sign in to order?
Yes. You sign in with your Google account before you place an order or use a discount code. It takes one tap, and it keeps your orders and refunds in one place that only you can see. It also stops fake orders, which matters because every tee is printed just for you.
How much do ZOJO t-shirts cost?
A regular tee is ₹699, 2 for ₹1,199 or 3 for ₹1,749. Oversized 240 GSM tees are ₹899, 2 for ₹1,599 or 3 for ₹2,349. Terry oversized 260 GSM tees are ₹999, 2 for ₹1,799 or 3 for ₹2,599. The 2 and 3 prices work when the tees are the same type. Mix types (say one oversized and one terry) and you get ₹50 off each tee when you buy 2 or more. Bigger sizes like 2XL and 3XL can cost a little more. Shipping is free on every order.
Do you have discount codes?
Yes. WELCOME10 gives 10% off your first order. PREPAID5 gives 5% off when you pay the full amount online, and checkout adds it for you. You need to be signed in with Google to use a code.
What if my payment fails?
No problem. Nothing goes to print until you've paid, so the order just shows as unpaid under My orders. Try again from your bag. If the money got debited anyway, mail support@zojoofficial.com with your ZJ order number and we'll check it with Razorpay.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, for free until it goes to print. Cancel from your Orders page. If it hasn't reached our printer yet, it's cancelled right away with a full refund. If it's with the printer but not printed yet, we ask them to stop it and confirm by email within a few hours, and your full refund goes out once it's cancelled. Once printing has started, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Write to us quickly at support@zojoofficial.com with your order number. If printing hasn't started we can usually change the size or address. After that, you can swap the size for free once it arrives.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds to your original payment method (UPI, card or bank) take 5-7 working days to show up. If you pick store credit instead, it's added to your account straight away and you can use it on your next order.
What is store credit?
It's money kept in your ZOJO account. You can take a refund as store credit when you cancel or return, and it gets used at checkout on your next order. It's instant, so it's the quickest way to get your money back.
What is your return and exchange policy?
7-day easy returns. Within 7 days of delivery you can return your tee for a full refund, for any reason. A damaged or misprinted tee gets a free replacement, and a size that doesn't fit can be swapped for free. Keep it unworn and unwashed with the tag on. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Open your order from the Orders page within 7 days, choose Return or replace, tell us what's wrong and add clear photos. We send a new one or refund you in full. If the parcel looks damaged when it arrives, don't accept it.
How long does shipping take?
Every tee is printed on demand in India by our print partner. Orders usually leave within 24-48 working hours, and delivery takes 5-8 working days for most of India. Jammu and Kashmir and the Northeast can take up to 10 working days. Shipping is free.
What fabric are ZOJO t-shirts made of?
Regular and women's tees are 100% cotton, 180 GSM. Oversized tees are 100% cotton, 240 GSM, so they're heavier and hold their shape. Terry oversized tees are 260 GSM, 90% cotton and 10% polyester. Crop tops are 180 GSM combed cotton, and baby tees are 95% cotton with 5% spandex so they stretch. Each product page lists its own fabric.
What kind of t-shirts does ZOJO sell?
Graphic tees in four styles: anime, trippy and cosmic art, spiritual designs like Shiva and Buddha, and gym tees. Most are unisex oversized fits, with regular tees and women's styles too.
Do ZOJO t-shirts run true to size?
Yes. Check the size chart on each product page (it's the last product image) before you order. Oversized tees are meant to be loose, so pick your usual size.
How do I wash my ZOJO t-shirt?
Wash it inside out in cold water and dry it on low heat. Turn it inside out again before ironing so the print stays safe.
Are ZOJO designs original? Can I ask for a custom print?
All our designs are our own. We don't take custom print requests right now.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. Payments go through Razorpay, an RBI-regulated payment gateway. Your card and UPI details go straight to Razorpay and are never stored on our site.
What if my order is late or lost?
If tracking says delivered but you don't have it, check with family, neighbours or building security first. Then email us within 48 hours with your order number and we'll raise it with the courier. In genuine cases we refund you in full after the check, which can take up to 10 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You get a tracking link by email when your order ships, and you can see it any time on your Orders page.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We ship within India only.
