ZOJO makes graphic t-shirts across four core styles: anime & manga-inspired designs, trippy/psychedelic and cosmic art, spiritual and god-themed graphics (Shiva, Buddha, third eye), and gym/fitness slogan tees — mostly in oversized, unisex streetwear fits.

What fabric are ZOJO t-shirts made of?
100% cotton, 180 GSM — breathable, durable, and built for everyday wear.

Do ZOJO t-shirts run true to size?
Yes, ZOJO t-shirts run true to size. Check the size chart on each product page (last product image) to confirm your fit before ordering.

How do I wash my ZOJO t-shirt without damaging the print?
Wash inside-out in cold water and dry on low heat. Flip it inside-out again before ironing to protect the print.

Are ZOJO t-shirts printed on demand?
Yes. Every ZOJO tee is printed to order in India rather than mass-produced and held as stock, so designs stay fresh and nothing sits in a warehouse.

Are ZOJO designs original, or can I request a custom print?
All ZOJO designs are 100% original. Custom or personalized print requests aren't available at this time.

How much do ZOJO t-shirts cost?
ZOJO t-shirts range from Rs. 749 to Rs. 1,299, with most items discounted from their listed regular price.

Do you offer discount codes or a first-order discount?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Partial COD and Prepaid payments via Razorpay Magic Checkout, covering cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay, an RBI-regulated payment gateway that is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant and used by major Indian brands, so your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our site.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can't be cancelled or modified once placed, since production starts right away on made-to-order items.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 working hours. Delivery typically takes 5–8 working days across most of India, and up to 10 working days for Jammu & Kashmir and the Northeast. Shipping is free across India.

Do you ship internationally?
Not currently — ZOJO ships within India only.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Exchanges and returns are accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of delivery (delivery day included). Refunds are issued only for genuinely defective or damaged products — not for change of mind, size preference after ordering, or minor print/color variation.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Email hello@zojoofficial.com within 7 days with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos, and we'll arrange an exchange or refund. Don't accept visibly damaged packages — flag it with the courier and contact us right away.

What if my order is delayed or lost in transit?
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with household members, neighbours, or building security first, then email us within 48 hours with your Order ID and tracking number. We'll investigate with the courier and issue a full refund within 10 working days in genuine cases.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size chart as the last product image — check there before ordering.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
