We strive to display product colours, designs, and images as accurately as possible. Because ZOJO products are printed on demand, slight variation in colour, brightness, or print placement compared to screens may occur and is not a defect.
We may limit sales of products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and limit quantities per order. Product descriptions and pricing may change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time. Offers are void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that product quality will meet every expectation or that all Service errors will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit quantities per person, household, or order, including orders under the same account, payment method, or shipping address. If we cancel or change an order, we may notify you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Section 21 — Cash on delivery (COD) orders
We reserve the right to cancel Cash on Delivery orders if:
- We do not receive confirmation from the customer, or
- The delivery pincode is not serviceable for COD.
