Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order, anywhere we deliver in India.
Processing time
Every tee is printed on demand in India by our print partner, after you order. Orders are usually printed and shipped within 24-48 working hours of payment. In busy weeks it can take a little longer, and we'll email you if it does.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive in 5-8 working days, depending on your pincode and the courier.
- Most of India: 5-8 working days
- Jammu and Kashmir and the Northeast: up to 10 working days
- Rare delays from holidays, weather or very busy periods: up to 2 weeks
Paying on delivery
If you chose to pay 20% online, you pay the other 80% to the courier when the parcel arrives, in cash or by UPI. There's no delivery option with nothing paid upfront.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you the tracking link. You can also see it any time on your Orders page.
No tracking email within 48 hours of ordering? Write to support@zojoofficial.com with your order number.
Courier partners
We ship with partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart and Ecom Express, picked by what serves your pincode.
Marked delivered but not received?
This doesn't happen often. Parcels are often taken in by family, neighbours, building staff or an office mail room, so check with them first.
If you still can't find it, email support@zojoofficial.com within 48 hours of the delivery message, with your order number and tracking number. We'll raise it with the courier straight away. After 48 hours it gets much harder to trace.
In genuine cases we refund you in full once the courier's check is done, which can take up to 10 working days.
