Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
Because each tee is printed on demand, production may add a short delay during busy periods — we’ll keep you updated by email.
Delivery timeline (India)
Most orders arrive in 5–8 working days, depending on your location, pincode, and courier partner.
Public holidays, extreme weather, or high-order volume can affect delivery — thanks for your patience.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we send tracking details to your email.
Didn’t get tracking within 48 hours of placing the order? Email hello@zojoofficial.com with your Order ID.
Courier partners
We ship across India via trusted partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express, based on your pincode and serviceability.
Marked delivered but not received?
This is uncommon. Packages are often received by family, neighbours, building staff, or office mail rooms.
If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have the package:
- Check with household members, neighbours, and security
- Email hello@zojoofficial.com within 48 hours of the delivery notification
- Include your Order ID and tracking number
We’ll raise the issue with the courier immediately. After 48 hours, it becomes harder to investigate, and we may not be able to assist.
In genuine cases, after investigation (up to 10 working days), we may issue a full refund.
